Vodacom Callous Indifference aided by a shocking Customer Care facility

Vodacomm are of the opinion that I need to pay a cancellation fee because my wife had the impertinence of dying recently. I have made two visits to my local VC outlet. I have tried to get resolution using the Internet based Customer Care facility 4 times. I have requested that VC communicate with me by email - apparently they dont understand the phrase "Please communicate with me by email" The uncontrollable s******ing from the consultant at VC when I remarked that my wife no longer needed a cellphone where she has gone I did not find funny. In my 55 years of developing computer applications I have never seen.
