Vodacom callback but no feedback or satisfaction

I complained about service as well as my phone being returned without being repaired properly by Vodacom Umhlanga but no joy for a 20+ year Vodacom customer. I got contacted by Vodacom regarding my complaint but have yet to hear back from them. It's like a humor the client call to say well they addressed the issue but nothing gets done or followed up seriously. We are just a joke to them and as we are a few of their millions of clients we don't matter. Well that's how it feels.
