Vodacom call dropping

I have been trying for days to get assistance from Vodacom to have my phone line reactivated, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I phone in, the call cuts off or the line suddenly goes dead in my ear.

Vodacom does call back, but the moment I answer, the call disconnects immediately. This has happened repeatedly, and I still haven’t been able to get through to an agent for help.

All I need is support to switch my line back on, yet I’m stuck in a cycle of dropped calls and failed callbacks. This level of service is unacceptable for something so simple.
