Vodacom Call Centre is Useless!!

1,5 weeks ago the Vodacom Call centre phoned me to apologise about my previous HP review stating they had reviewed my case, found in my favour and my daughters contract that had been renewed by call centre agent without my consent (after they’d reviewed the recording) had been reversed and that it was back to a month to month and we could cancel. Today in Vodacom store whilst I renewed my contract we again tried to cancel her contract only to be told it was NOT ON MONTH TO MONTH and was only due for renewal in Jan 25 & I would have to pay a cancellation fee. Like ***!!! Does your left hand not know what your right hand is doing, what is a customer supposed to do??
