Vodacom call centre *********** staff, no customer service

I have been calling vodacon call centre to cancel my 24 months contract with them, but no one is willing to assist me or call me back, every time I called them the call gets cut off before I can confirm the cancellation and they dont even call me back, its 2 weeks now having the same problem, and I hope they wont be debiting my account end of the mont, the call centre service sucks, on the other hand we have caller tunes that we never subscribe to, Vodacom please sort out this mess before you loose another customers
