<p>I app**** for a contract this morning and phoned ********** 4 at 15:12 to follow up. I held for a few seconds and then my call was answered but nobody spoke on the other side. I held and repeatedly said hello for 5 minutes,35 seconds but to no avail. I would like you to listen to the recording from phone number ********** 459 and listen to what goes on in the call centre and how the consultants call the very customers paying their salaries annoying.</p>
