Yoh Shocking service from MBALI at your Vodacom Customer care , rude and just pushes your call back to the switchboard, you get pushed from pillar to post at the call centre. 082 111 , Vodacom Vodacom Vodacom 4U Get staff who do want to work please. ?#?talkaboutservice? !! unprofessional, dont care attitude, get constantly pushed from extension to extension and it sounds like theres a bunch of school kids working Vodacom Vodafone it called and u get attitude and they cant answer simple questions or assist you to get your password changed , Mbali was one who just transferred me and didnt give a damn, bad shocking service, we all need to pray that South africa can get its service levels up, and to think millions remain unemployed where the employed dont even bother to take care of their jobs !!! Oh well guess its time to go to the provider who does want to get ahead, #time4cellc Cellc Cell C !
