Vodacom Call centre and Jabulani Mall Branch

Vodacom Jabulani Mall and Head Office tour service is not yo the standard. My brother in law has a disability (deaf). His contract ended in January 2023 but his acc is still being debited. He comes to the store always and no1 can give us a concrete update as why Vodacom is still accepting payments while his contract ended. Can we get a refund with immediate effect and can you guys do the right thing.
