Vodacom call centre agents do not know how to spell....always gets addresses wrongly spelt

Its always unknowing when recieving a statement from vodacom to notice that the address is so wrongly spelt to the point that it is barely recognisable. As an example, my statement had "Senikal" instead of "Senekal." The street name also (which I won`t name here) was spelt in one word whereas its three words in Afrikaans. Where there is supposed to be a "W" there was a "V" showing that the agents has no knoweldge of Afrikaans. This is not the first time. Previously I had "Moshoeshoe Street" spelt as "Moshweshwe Street." I suggest that on the vodacom website there be a means for one to amend an address like MTN does. I give up trying to do so through your call centre agents seriously.
