Vodacom Call Centre

<p>I received a call from vodacom and the consultant told me that I won a phone from vodacom but I will pay R79 a month or so. I told the consultant that I am not interested and I don't want a phone from vodacom but to my surprise today I received a phone from vodacom. I want vodacom to come and fetch their phone because I don't want and I made it clear to that I don't their phone. And I want that consultant to be disciplined because what he did is wrong I never agreed to take a phone from vodacom if this is how vodacom conducts business this is totally wrong because they cannot force people to take their phones. </p>
