Vodacom call centers more trouble then help
<p>So I called Vodacom today to find out when i could get by upgrade delivered and then the call center agent asked me to call the couriers to find out....so i did and the order number that Vodacom gave me was not tracking with the couriers...so guess i am no where again! imagine i do an upgrade and as a customer i should follow up!</p>
