Vodacom Call Center is USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vodacom is absolutely useless...i have been speaking to their call center to upgrade my device since the first week of September, every person has a different story- like they all go for different training! Still i have not had any conclusion on my upgrade they provide different prices on deals, different timelines and finding a supervisor is near impossible. Vodacom you are disgusting i have 3 contracts with you and now will not be renewing any of them! blady useless service really
