Vodacom CAD online sales / Vodacom Contract Deals online

I app**** for cellphone contract last year in December and to this day still have not received any feedback from the employee. (Won't say the name) but they requested my payslip & banking confirmation and ID which I sent to them via email , I've followed up multiple times and still nothing. This is the worst company to do online business with and shame on the employees that doesn't do their jobs
