Vodacom *****.
My grandfathers personal information was used to purchase an iPhone 14 online via Vodacom and he now has to pay for it. Vodacom hasn’t been of much help, he’s even paying for a cellphone he knows nothing about. This is quite sad considering he has been a loyal Vodacom customer for such a long time and they aren’t willing to do much to help him
