Vodacom ****
I got ****med (misled) by a Vodacom subsidiary; they called me from this number ***. They ****med me into migrating to a higher package, the story they are running with is that they claim my current packaging has been made redundant, and they are moving me to the next package, which is slightly less in monthly payment. Unfortunately, I only noticed at the very end when they asked their manager to verify my details. I called the Vodacom call centre later to verify, only to find out they had activated a migration to a higher package for which I would have to pay more. Luckily, the Good Lady at the Vodacom call centre had assisted me in cancelling that ****med or "misled" migration, as she graciously called it. I apologise for not remembering her name, but I would like to say that she has done a great job of wiping up a mess from a *****ulent Vodacom subsiduary. I would like request Vodacom management to take action! If they can **** the migration, that means they have access to Vodacom and change my package plan. This is definitely not a "misled" this is 100% ****, ********s with access to migrate packages, but are not Vodacom call center.
Tks
