07 Nov 2019, 09:51I mr ivan Jacobs am very upset with my service provider they don't reply to my complaint and still never up to date came back to me. Nothing has been done on my side. They just take money from my account and then when I called them they sent me from pillar to post. The not very professional cause nobody can help me. I think I must just move to a nother provider. I have been with vodacom for more than 10 years and this is the kind of service I get from them my number is *** thanks . Maybe someone can help me
