Vodacom

I have cellphone contracts with Vodacom i was called to upgrade one of my contacts i requested to be called when there is black Friday promotions late November,which happened the promotion was Huawei nova 11, 256 space,50mp at R279 and R200 airtime for 36 months i took a deal i was told I'll have to pay R150 for an upgrade and R200 since my contract ending on 31 of December i agree, all my details were confirmed.On Monday supervisor called to confirm the deal and my address where my phone will be delivered later in a day consultant called to say when she wanted to pack my phone the deal was cancelled i ask why she wasn't sure,i decided to call and find out the answer i received was out of stock should i may be take a different phone i said I'll rather wait for it. A week after when i was checking how far i found out the order wasn't placed i was offered another phone again my call was to get a feedback the manager i spoke to said he'll call me direct which never happened i phone December he said he escalated the matter to a correct department he always had empty promises never gave me any feedback now it's January i haven't received my phone noone is saying anything,when i call now they say it was the store who called me when i call the store the don't know anything. But Vodacom have the quotation of the deal it was e-mailed to me . Very disappointed with Vodacom the service the way the treat their queries they don't care at all how i query from November up to January noone is willing to resolve the matter they don't even deserve even one star
