Vodacom

Vodacom say I owe them R2 200 and I don't have any contract under that . I only remember back in 2023 I wanted a phone . They said I don't qualify and I understand but the guy how was helping me on the call said they want my Vodacom number so that they can check up on me for the updates on the contract (phone) I wanted. I gave them the Vodacom sim number that I was only 2 months using it . To my surprise after a month or 2 . I got data(alot)that I don't know of .

So do I really need to pay that amount of money while I don't remember accepting that contract .

Please your help would really be appreciated.
