Vodacom *****

My Sim cards were ****** and i tried to cancel my sim cards because the ***** continued to use them, however vodacom refused to assist, when they eventually did assist i had a repayment amount of 21K which i was paying monthly, late 2024 i received a message where there was a loan taken out from Vodacom of R34K which i sent an email to them and received no contact about it. today they tried to deduct 29K from my account without my consent , this is ***** , i reported this to vodacom and still no assistance.
