Vodacom Business - ZERO response

If I could give 0 stars I would. How can a technology company not allow staff to have email addresses and force us to deal with that useless call centre. Furthermore they make us go into the store and sign on paper - surely a tech company can have an app. I am desperately trying to upgrade R6k a month worth of contracts (which should mean something). All I want is someone I can email the documents to. We were being assisted by wall of Africa Vodashop - But a certain Mr Moketsi gave me the runaround at the 11th hour. I then emailed Vodacom business a week ago. No response. An absolute joke. I'm going elsewhere
