VODACOM BUSINESS WIFI IS APPAULING
I have been having problems with Vodacom business wifi for the past 3 months, they keep suspending my wifi for "missed payments" I have a recurring payment set on my internet banking which I've sent them proof of payment for all payments made to them and I do not owe them anything.
When I phone their collections line on *** they keep transferring me from pillar to post and just hand up. My question to their agents is, how is my account in arrears when I'm paying via recurring EFT to Vodacom bank approved beneficiary and quoting the account reference number? Why do I have to keep phoning them and send proof of payments to lift suspensions on an account that should not be suspended in the first place. These questions never get answered instead they'll transfer my call and eventually hang up, which is extremely infuriating. I feel Vodacom is really taking it's customers for a ride and they do not care one bit about their customer's experience.
My wifi service has been suspended for almost 2 weeks now and I feel they should refund me for that period. They have now been doing this for 3 months suspending the service for a week out of each month.
I've sent proof of payments to them for the last 8 months and still cannot get a reply as to what months were not paid or were paid short for the account to be suspended because I know for a fact and have proof that I've been paying, still no reply and my service is still suspended.
I am absolutely disguted by this service and I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone.
