Vodacom Business, the worst service provider ever

I am so sick and tired of Vodacom Business data: I was promised a non-throttled uncapped data contract with a guaranteed 30mbps download speed. WHAT A LOT OF NONSENSE. I previously had an individual LTE data with Vodacom and experience no problem at all. Then to be able to claim VAT and to get the expenses to go through my business, I investigated Vodacom for Business. I was advised by a certain Gomolelo that I will have a much better service and a very stable connection up to 700gb data usage, and then only thereafter will experience lower speed. I am a small business, and it is only two of us that uses the internet. We never even used 200gb of data. I've never experienced what I was promised. I am daily in contact with the technical support team, raised and logged numerous calls, but this is all to no avail.

I logged another call yesterday Monday 19 September 2022. I had no feedback. I followed up today after experiencing the following internet speed tested on their Vodacom Business MTB speedtest Download 1.1mbps Upload 0.0mbps Ping 328.00ms Jitter 6243.08ms

I requested to speak with a senior person in the technical support department. No matter how hard I tried, I wasn't denied the opportunity. When I asked one of the friendly ladies that refused to put me through, If I may contact the CEO, her answer was that she hasn't even met the CEO yet.

What!!!!!! Haven't even seen the CEO around? But that is not my concern, I just wanted to resolve my internet speed problems, but again to no avail. Then I wanted to cancel my contract with Business and get an individual data and LTE contract. Yes Sir, you can do that, but we will have to charge you for cancellation of the contract and due to you contracted in May 2022 and it is now only Sep 22, you will have to take out another bond to settle this.

I have been with Vodacom since 2004, I have 9 contracts with them for cell phones and data lines. Anyone who wants to become a customer of Vodacom Business, BE WARNED. NEVER EVER GET A VODACOM BUSINESS DATA CONTRACT, this will be the biggest mistake of your life. I am talking out of experience.
