Vodacom business support no support

It's now been 4 weeks that I can not use my business telephone line. First the line was out of order. Then after complaint we can receive calls but no out bound calls can be made. Vodacom technician's keep on phoning then we explain the whole situation over and over. I keep on receiving emails of report "apparently" the router faulty and out of warranty strange we have internet and can receive calls that make no sense. Even more Strange that keep on phoning me to upgrade my router and I just refuse and now this situation occurred what a coincidence...
