Vodacom Business Support = 0

Sadly signed a business contract with them in December 2019, problems from day 1 and no support from them. You can't log a service request on the business-portal, the option is there but it doesn't work. When you post the request, it just says, sorry we have a problem, call ***, and then you can't get pass this first line of support, and they have no knowledge to help or fix the problem. It's been 2 months suffering with this router. Now what Vodacom????
