Vodacom Business *****s from it's customers.

Vodacom Business has been selling Capped LTE and then making it impossible for business to use these packages. Case in point we had a Hard Drive crash last week which resulted in Reinstallation of Windows and the Download of 4-6Gb in updates and Office installation. This is one machine in a Business on a Business Internet Package. After this we get throttled to 6.4Mbps Download and our Upload is wiped out at 0.17Mbps. In practice this service has no upload resulting in the service being unusable for days as you can't get any requests for web pages or email to remote servers. I can verify that this is throttling as we have two of the same services in the same location. The other Service runs 11.71 Download and 11.78 Upload. From my calculation this means that Vodacom is overselling our packages and making it impossible to use all the data. Of course Vodacom denies that it throttles or shapes - this is a blatant lie. Next Stop Icassa as we have tried to resolve this issue for months.
