Vodacom Business - Signing Your Life Away

I have been trying to cancel a business contract with Vodacom since October 2021. I've sent emails, called, even went on Twitter and I haven't been assisted adequately. Vodacom have since enlisted a debt collection agency to contact me regarding an outstanding debt. I've requested a statement of account numerous times but are yet to receive one. I haven't received an invoice or statement since 2018.
