Vodacom Business - Shocking and disgusting service

I am absolutely disgusted at the service of Vodacom Business. I started the process of opening my business account over a month ago. I have been with Vodacom for years and years and wanted to migrate my internet and phone over to the business account. The inefficiency of the department to process the account was shocking. There must have been 10 emails requesting the same documentation over and over again because someone there could not read. The manager was even cc'd in on the mails. I specifically wanted this done in time so that I could get the one business deal that was on offer till the 6th February. It took a month for them just to get the opening of the account done. I even had an external company( a lady that was assisting me who was incredible and who works very closely with Vodacom business) pulling her hair out. I then get told that it will take a month to migrate my number over to business which then after completely throwing my toys out of the cot they managed to do within 1 day. We then send through the order for the del only to be told that the deal had expired and they refuse to open the deal even though the email was dated the day the deal expired. Not only that after my other internet account was cancelled within the require time frame in order for me to move from personal to business I get invoiced for another month.

I also did an upgrade on another number and after the phone arrived and found it was faulty then proceeded to phone the upgrades department to cancel the upgrade. I get told i need to phone back 4 days after RAM has collected the phone of which I did and subsequently have called 11 times and only a month later has the upgrade been cancelled but which I have now been billed for and am now trying to get this credited which again is proving to be a fruitless exercise.

Vodacom your service is beyond shocking and for the business side I must say is even more disgraceful. I would like someone who is high up to phone me and I want that deal opened. Why should I as the customer be penalised because your staff do not know how to do their jobs.

Shocking and disgusting

These are the people that I had to deal with and not even an apology or sorry we will try to see what we can do

Vodacom Consumer Website Team ... due course is not acceptable. This should be dealt with immediately and I want that deal opened and this sorted out today. I want the credit refunded and I want the whole issue to be resolved by close of business today. Saying that a consultant will be in contact with me in "due course" is exactly the kind of shocking service. You should have been on the phone with me immediately and my phone should be ringing now!!!!!!!

The query has not been resolved...... how can it be resolved. You have not even the decency to call me. The credit has not been issued, the deal has not been opened and you have absolutely not resolved my issue in any way. The fact that you rep**** to me privately with the following shows that you have no intention of even following this up. I will be taking this matter further. THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!! Take some responsibility for your bad service!

So following on from my further complaint against Vodacom I eventually managed to get my business account sorted out even though because of their lack of efficiency I lost out on the deal that I wanted.

The cancellation of my upgrade HOWEVER is still ongoing and now after sending email after email and this time including the CEO in on the email I get the reply that I have copied and posted. Regardless of the fact that I get told by Sheryl that I will personally get a phone call from her within 24 hours........ NO PHONE CALL!!!!

I then get a phone call from VUYO only for him to say that the phone that was returned on the 21 December has still not been booked back into stock in the warehouse. So all of this time the phone has been sitting in the phone has been sitting there, my upgrade NOT CANCELLED and I am being billed for this. I have repeatedly phoned, emailed etc and then yesterday get an sms to say that the phone has now been received, this after it being received on the 21 December!!!!!!!

BUT, still no phone call, still no credit note given and still NO CONFIRMATION that the upgrade has been cancelled!!!!

VODACOM YOU ARE SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST! What is wrong with this picture!!!!
