Vodacom business poor service levels

I have contacted vodacom business support and cancellations over and over with numerous reference numbers as my red plus unlimited package cannot dial out to ANY TELKOM numbers and vodacom fails to resolve this nor do they wish to terminate my contract. I strongly suggest you to rather choose another service provider as vodacom business are so useless and a waste of my R2000 pm

All i get is references numbers asking me to remove my sim and turn of and on my phone. The support i am getting from vodacom business is very low standards... Everytime i call a telkom number it says network busy or call ended and vodacom is doing nothing to fix this
