Vodacom Business - pathetic service

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have been trying to resolve an issue with our business contracts since February and I have received the most pathetic service. It is very clear that you employees have zero intention to help. Extremely disappointing that we have been customers with Vodacom for several years and this is how we get treated. Cannot wait to cancel our contracts!
