Vodacom Business Pathetic Service

<p>I app**** for a RED Executive contract with Vodacom Business online. I received an SMS on 25/08/2016 confirming approval of my application. Now 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have been told that they are waiting for a deal code from back office. The deal I app**** for is still being advertised on their website but they cannot deliver. This is supposed to be a priority service for businesses and RED plans are supposed to receive the highest service levels and are promised VIP service. Worst Service Ever!!! Vodacom Business shouldn't be in Business!!!</p>
