Vodacom Business - PATHETIC

It has now been over 4 months since I logged my initial query with Vodacom Business. I have previously written a hello Peter review and Vodacom advised they will call me back this was also 2 months ago and nothing has happened. Our local Vodacom shop has logged. How many queries on my behalf under my number *** still nothing happens. I was promised a copy of my recording 4 months ago nothing happened. I was also upgraded on another contract which I also didn't give permission for. Yet I am over charged every month. Vodacom this is pathetic service .
