VODACOM Business- NOT ready for business?

I called Vodacom Business on Mon 13, being interested in their fiber options. The call centre person took my details and promised 24 hours turnaround for contact from an account manager. I called back 48 hours later inquiring about the phantom account manager and reconfirmed my number and email address, today its thursday and no call or email from them, perhaps they are running a fish and chips business...<br> <br> I dont think these guys are really serious about business, MWEB, NEOTEL responded same day, Vodacom - Up in smoke?
