Vodacom Business Malpractice

After I have repeatedly requested a copy of the contract Vodacom claims I have took out in 2017, I have received only a contract signed by someone else (who is located in Chad). Today, I was sent a letter from an attorney listed as Burnard, Raaff & Associates claiming I have been listed on ITC and demanding an amount that is now almost double Vodacom's original claim (that amount itself wasn't for the contract but for returned debit orders - which I have no record of authorizing in the first place).

More confusing is that some months back, I'd received a notification from Vodacom's previous debt collectors noting that the matter had been resolved.

Is there a way to report Vodacom for business malpractice? Surely these attorneys can't sue me for a contract that nobody has a record of? This account was originally taken out for business use through a company I subsequently left, but I don't have any details of renewing it for my personal use. Vodacom insists this is the case. I feel certain that this a Consumer Protection issue.
