Vodacom Business Line Nightmare

I recently ported my number to Vodacom on a new Business contract and immediately started experiencing dropped calls and a host of network issues. I have reached out to Vodacom Business Support on numerous occasions and today after three 3 Months, the issue has not been resolved at all. Vodacom has not yet told me what the problem is, their technicians keep telling me my profile has been updated on their end and I should restart my device to resolve the situation. The problem is persisting and there is no solution in sight. Being a business line, I cannot hold any business call as it either keeps getting dropped or the line gets so bad that the people I am talking to end hanging up and asking for a rescheduled telephonic discussion.

This contract is three 3 months old at most and I have requested a cancellation, to which I am advised I will be charged an premature termination fee. This is outrageous given that I have been sold a defective product. I tend to believe I am a reasonable person, but this has to be the worst service I have ever received since I became economically active.

I am completely dissatisfied with my experience with Vodacom. The network team has still not figured out what the problem is despite reasonable amount of time afforded to them. My request for cancellation went unanswered but to my surprise the ticket logged for the cancellations was cancelled without any feedback provided to me the customer.

The tickets opened keep being closed, and new ones being opened, without any clarity as to why it was closed and a new one opened. I constantly have to beg Vodacom to look into this issue by calling in and requesting feedback or querying why the ticket was closed. This is rather frustrating as I would rather be doing other value adding activities.

I regret porting to Vodacom, and will personally never advice anyone close to me to join the network. I have been with a competitor network for 10+ years, and have never been this frustrated by their service.
