Vodacom business is useless

I decided to work from home at my holiday home in EC. Got Vodacom to do a site survey to confirm that they could supply LTE which they did before I took out the contract.

Needless to say the internet is unusable. I have been waiting for days for vodacom to contact me to put up an antenna at my property. They are definitely not "business" oriented. And I cannot speak to anyone who has the authority to help me. I am stuck with first line support and they have to phone 2nd line support and get back to me, which of course they never do...
