Vodacom Business is not a recommendable service provider

As a customer of Vodacom Lte lines for business, my telephone line was ported back to Vodacom, however to date my phone line has not been working. I have contacted the *** number and emailed Sales reps for help, however since Saturday my lines are still not working for my Swaadisht New Germany Branch in Pinetown. These call center agents only escalate calls and there's no resolution. The sales agent himself requests repeatedly same info mac address, serial number, two phones but same number and one Vodacom router which I email and provide telephonically to him. If Vodacom can't help restore my line, they must admit it instead of repeatedly asking for the same info and advise that Vodacom is not advisable for business anymore and I as a business must look for an alternate service provider. I'm losing business, customer calls and sales hugely due to this problem. We have 14 Swaadisht stores country wide to put you in the picture. I would definitely not recommend Vodacom as a service provider for business. Thank you.
