Vodacom Business Internet Useless After Sales Maintenance and Repairs

My company has a Business Connect internet package with Vodacom Business. The dish that is supposed to deliver internet to my business via microwave fell off the building due to the questionable installation in the first place.

We have lodged the issue with Vodacom Business 21 days ago. To date my company still has no internet connection. All staff need to rely on mobile ****les that I had to purchase to continue normal business operations.

The company employ's over 500 people, everyone's livelihood is at stake due to terrible after sales service/maintenance from Vodacom.

If you care for your business DO NOT INSTALL a Vodacom Internet solution. The maintenance and after sales service is run by the mos *********** most impersonal call centre in the world. Vodacom is complete;y out of touch with realities business need to face in South Africa.
