Vodacom - Business internet services in Randfontein

Vodacom - Randfontein - absolute horrific service!!! No BUSINESS INTERNET every single day from 10 AM to 5 PM ongoing for 5 weeks now. No worry or care in a world for their clients, you wait from 20 min to 45 min per call, just to get through *********** call centre agents. We have been waiting more than a week for tech's to look into the problem, just to fix the problem for a day, and then you have the exact same problem, the day after. How??? What is going on Vodacom - Randfontein? We pay for these services monthly, but have no internet. It is financial year end, we had month ends and cannot work due to NO internet. The ticket that is logged has been escalating for 3 days, is anyone working there at all?? We are losing business and time and money due to your lack of providing what is paid for. I will never ever in my life make this mistake again, we will cancel our business internet and go somewhere where we get what we pay for. (WIRULINK for ex.) I wouldn't even give you one star, my rating for Vodacom internet in Randfontein is BELOW ZERO.
