Vodacom Business Firbre Down

Vodacom Business Fibre has been down for the day. Their fall over LTE does not work either. Their call center is unable to resolve the problem and just keep you on hold for ever. This is supposed to have been escalated to a manager Barry but still not resolved. This has happened once before where we down for a week and had to get a Telkom LTE router to give us data. Vodacom Business is supposed to be a premium brand with quick turnaround for technical problems, we have yet to see this.
