Vodacom Business Fibre - no service

Vodacom Business Fibre No support at all. *** business support number is not functioning, just cuts off. Fibre line is down for two days. We are unable to get any reaction from Vodacom whatsoever via all channels, nothing. We are a large insurance firm and uptime is critical. Very very sad service.
