Vodacom business fibre

I had bad internet service, whenever it rains or cold I would lose internet. Then I went to complain on Facebook, some indian or colored guy called me it's unfortunate I forgot his name, he asked what was the problem and promised to make sure they assist me, indeed they sent a technician to come fix the business fibre and ever since I haven't experienced any bad network. Thank you vodacom and the guy who kept on doing follow up with me
