Vodacom Business Fibre coverage map and sales is misleading

We've requested a business fibre line from Vodacom. According to their coverage map our officepark is covered and this was confirmed by the sales assistant.

After weeks of to and from, where our details were captured incorrectly and them not replying to emails or messages left at the sales call centre, I get a mail that the installation will take 90 working days since the fibre still needs to be laid.

At no point during the process, was I told that they do not have Fibre in our area. They have been incredibly misleading.

Reviewer Update
Unfortunately, Vodacom Support could help with this.

When you order business fibre in an area that has coverage, you can expect this email:

I trust you are well
Please note your order is tasked with DFA we are awaiting for a quote. DFA will do the drop installation and kindly note their installation timeline is +-35 working day depending on the scope of work. If there’s wayleaves required timelines will be 90 working days.
Please note *** will be the project manager.
Below is DFA Precinct Links process
  1. DFA generates a quote (SLA 3 to 5 working days)
  2. Circuit ID generated by DFA (1 day)
  3. DFA then process the order to their optical team to draw up splicing instructions. (3 to 7 working days)
  4. Site survey is arrange with the client
  5. DFA draws planning and send it for approval
  6. When the planning is approved DFA then scheduled for drop installation dates (SLA 30 working days) If there are wayleaves or civils works required the SLA IS 90 working days.
  7. If no wayleaves required DFA then ATP the Link after the drop installation
  8. After 48 hours of the ATP DFA handover the Link to Vodacom for patching and activation
  9. If there are wayleaves required DFA will then have to apply for the wayleaves to the municipality, they will only kick off when all the wayleaves are received and they have been given permit to kickoff with the build.
  10. When the build is completed DFA will the arrange for a drop installation , then ATP the Link and hand it over to Vodacom for patching and activation

And the team assigned to my account has yet to give an update on this.
