Vodacom Business devision - most PATHETIC experience ever!!

So after being a loyal Vodacom customer for 20+ years, I decided to move over to Vodacom business because of a package that made much more sense than the one I had with Vodacom in my personal capacity. Now anyone in their right mind would think Vodacom Business or corporate as they call themselves is just the "top notch" next level division of the same company. Basically like moving from a normal business banking acc to a Private banking acc at any bank.... But OH BOY was I wrong in every sense of the word. Vodacom Business is without a doubt the most useless, unorganised, pathetic, slow and unprofessional business I've EVER dealt with. I've been battling for 3 weeks now to get my existing number ported and migrated to the new Business contract, but needless to say I'm still sitting with a now prepaid number that I must load with airtime and data every morning until Vodacom Business's "back office" like they refer to them in every single mail full of excuses will one day be done with this simple process.

You can't talk to anybody other than a bunch of unskilled sales people with ZERO product knowledge to assist you in the process, there's no platform to lodge a complain, nothing. Just one big circus with clowns pitching lame excuses and shifting blame day after day with no sense of urgency.

Biggest mistake of my life trying to move from Vodacom in my personal name with 20 years of smooth sailing to this absolute joke of a "business division". SHOCKING!!!!!!
