Felicia Naidoo worst sales consultant to deal, very rude and ***********. for business sales the service received is beyond shocking, she never responds to email nor return calls. she's recommend a product that she knows nothing about. week later I receive the router that I can't configure and she tells me she sells thousands of the same deals and doesn't know why am complaining, ask to speak to manager she tells me, she doesn't think her manager will call me back because she's done nothing wrong on her side. very arrogant and speaks above one. will never recommend to anyone. I've written a complaint via email twice no one gets back to you. wow..
