Vodacom Business

I've called Vodacom Business retentions on Black Friday to cancel my contract because i was getting a better deal at MTN. A lady told me that she will beat the deal and i mustn't cancel, she will email me the details of a better deal. Tell now i haven't received an email from her. I called today again and i was told again that I'd be called back, till now no one has called me back. Pathetic service, thats why I'm going over to another network.
