Vodacom business app pathetic

Hi , I would like to firstly say for well established company like vodacom,I’m utterly disappointed with there business app, it user interface is pathetic and the system most of the time crashes.

I had an issue with my WiFi as it had got hacked and few people were logged on *******ly however you cannot just go to the vodacom business app and kicked these users out as the app does not allow you to do that. So while people are abusing your WiFi data you first have to send an email and await a reference number before anything can be done , this is really frustrating and a disappointment on vodacom side .

The technical guys called me to ask what my complain was about after informing them about it they agreed but said they can’t do anything about it.

So please guys if you can stay far away from vodacom as you can’t #win with them .
