Vodacom Business after sales service is a shocker/non-existent!

I have been hounded for months by pushy salesman from Vodacom business who I verified that did actually work for Vodacom. Last week I agreed to upgraded 4 of my business cellphone lines to iPhone 16 Pros.

Not sure I got the base deal as I think I was talked into taking a deal with an extra phone which I don’t really need. Parking that issue. I promptly received the new iPhones on Friday and tried to upgrade my phone on Sunday. The phone would not switch on and tried everything from charging it for an hour and then tried to connect to my Macbook to which I got an error message that firmware is *******. I emailed the pushy consultant on Sunday afternoon to request a replacement as well as a replacement screen protector as I had one put on before doing the upgrade to be on the safe side. I followed up Monday at 12:23 no response. I followed up again Tuesday at 13:06 no response. Same day I spoke to someone in sales and they said someone would call me to arrange to collect the phone but said I would need to wait thereafter to get a new one. Still waiting!! I spoke to a lady in what is called inbound sales and she told me she could not help me as needs to be dealt with by the outbound sales team. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she will get the outbound manager to call me. Still waiting. Pathetic service!! Even emailed ***. Still waiting I just want this dud expensive iPhone replaced asap with a new screen protector included as I have already fitted it on the dud phone.
