Vodacom Business Account - NO SERVICE AT ALL! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING...

I have sent numerous emails to Vodacom Business Support since last year and not one response to my business queries via email; I cannot call their number *** because my personal mobile is MTN; they do not give a landline number and I tried Nicolway and Blairgowrie but their numbers are out of order, I suspect because of load shedding; just shocking service - no way of getting hold of Vodacom Business - I want to go to a store but don't want to waste my time if they're unable to assist because its a Business Account!
