Vodacom Business - a Complete and Utter Joke

I recently - one month or so ago - upgraded my Business Contract at the Vodacom store in Hyde Park shopping centre. I carefully selected the advertised packages from Vodacom's in-store magazine and excitedly left the store with my new handset thinking that everything had gone smoothly. Unfortunately, my headaches and suffering were about to begin almost immediately the next day when I logged onto the Vodacom app on my cellphone and realized they had made a complete mess of the upgrade. More than a month later and after numerous visits to the store, numerous emails to Vodacom's VBS Admin department and numerous emails by the store itself (Nick was the manager at the time but has since departed, leaving me even more stranded) on my behalf, the situation remains unresolved. It is a shocking state of incompetence and negligence on the part of Vodacom Business. It has caused me enormous suffering and distress and furthermore has distracted me from my business affairs as I have continuously wasted both time and energy trying to resolve the matter, causing me to neglect my hard earned customer base and resultant financial loss, Even calling Vodacom Business directly yielded absolutely no joy whatsoever as the business consultant I chatted to offered no assistance and, rather rudely I might add, palmed me off saying that it was an in-store matter and that she would not be able to help me. I will be cancelling my entire Vodacom package, for which I have been a loyal customer for 13 years, and will be migrating to another cellphone network with immediate effect. I will also be pursuing legal advice with regards to suing Vodacom for the recovery of financial losses suffered and emotional distress caused. A word of warning to all prospective Vodacom customers and existing customers looking to upgrade their contracts. Vodacom Business is a complete shambles and will only cause both you personally and your business to suffer emotional distress and financial loss.
