I am a existing customer of Vodacom for over 20 years.
Vodacom Business representatives ( Remola Oliver, Felicia Naidoo )
I have been trying to open a Business Contract with Vodacom from 09/04/2020. Today marks almost 6 months and I have to say that I have never dealt with such incompetence. Seems like Vodacom does not need new business and the excuses I had to deal with is just to much to list here.
* No feedback. * Constant excuses. * Wrong documents filled in 4 times. * Up and down emails never reaching a point. Over 6 months worth of mails!
1 x mail a day equals to average of +- 180 mails.
I am "gatvol" to use the exact wording!!!!
